Update 3 (Notifications)

It's been a few days since the last update. This one took a little while. Notifications are done. Again, I'll probably be adding on to this later.

If you are logged in, there should be a bell next to your name and image. If you click it, it will show you the 4 most recent notifications you've had.

You can click "View all" at the bottom to see the rest of your notifications. On the notification page (and in the drop down) there's a setting button that you can use to change what notifications you get and where (email or website).

I also added a bar to the mobile version that just links to the notifications page.

I think that's it for notifications. Let me know what I can improve. :D

I added a little shadow around the notification icon when you hover over it.
